Been making banners/sigs/ava's for couple of months now and getting better! (slowely)
Looking forward to helping out with requests and stuff, so request away!

NOTE 'To Admin': Not sure if its just me but the buttons for like 'Send' 'Preview' 'Save' etc etc seem to be blank, Im having to guess which ones to press.

Argh slight problem there, I've never tried to make Buttons/ranks or stuff like that.

Well heres my first attempt. If its ok for the time being, ill make the others.

Go into Administration Panel, click the Display tab. Then click Picture Management.
I think its in there somewhere.

i checked around i didn't find it.
should i just put a different theme

Hmm, try asking on forumotion. As for the theme change, its totally up to you mate.
